The staff at Richardson's are just the most caring, amazing people. They actually listen to what you what and do their very best to make it happen. I recently upgraded the setting for my wife's wedding ring and Richardsons did an amazing job. First the staff was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The owner was very willing to work out a deal to gain my business. When there was a 24 hour delay in shipping they delivered my wife's ring directly to her gift wrapped as well as a new knife for me. It was truly a pleasure doing business with them, and i will be returning.
