CONSUMER ALERT: I just spent more than 21 hours over the past 3 days to fix a billing error! 21 hours! Look elsewhere for service unless you're prepared to be lied to and brushed off! Was lied to multiple times, and hung up on! They do not care about their customers in the least bit, I've never been so appalled. DTE ENERGY IS TRASH.
