Very friendly, we love visiting the animals
I have this 3 stars because they have a professional website that is very laid out and easy to use along with a very nice and clean shelter. I didn't give them 5 stars because when asking questions about an animal they treated me like I was stupid, mind you, I wasn't asking questions like "how much do you feed him or how do you bathe him", I was asking for the animals age and breed. If your going to work in an environment where you work with other people than you need to have a smile on your face and treat them with respect no matter how stupid you think they are.
Refused to adopt an animal out after looking me up and down and not giving me a chance. Wouldn't even let me look at their animals claiming they didn't have a good match for me without any informationabout me. Definitely will NOT be supporting this shelter anymore. They lost a good home for an animal.
Filled an app for a dog and they denied me saying they won't let me adopt a dog because on my apartments website it says only dogs 20 pounds or less and when I confronted them saying the site has no weight limit they then told me it says small dogs only when again it does not say anything about weight or size for my apartments. Changed there story twice and seems to me there looking for excuses to deny a animal a good home.
