Horrible! They cancelled my appointments twice for a Dr. leaving their center. So we waited months and got an appt. I was four minutes late due to rain and a child vomiting on me in class. They were rude! The DR. had no one waiting and kept peeking around looking at me. I apologized and said I'd reschedule. They got me in a week later. I had a change of heart after seeing this inappropriate Dr. peeking yet again. I said "Hey? A mom of one of the kids at school is an optometrist, if she checks my eyes can I bring the script here?" "Oh yes!" was the reply as he peeked at me again from the back hsll as the clerk handed me the card. However, my husband did not like all of this. So he went back in and cancelled all four of our children's appointments plus ours! Taking our business elsewhere! We'll also buy our glasses elsewhere! In fact, we won't be buying from Walmart again :) I was an optometry tech for years at Pearl Vision, I would've never treated anyone like that! She has no business working there and what is that Dr. doing peeking at people. Be a real man, step up and speak! Too good for that huh? Dirty business, glad we left!
