to talk to someone is next to impossible, be prepared to list to "your call is very important us" for 1/2 hour
This company really sucks I was in A motel and my concenatoerguit working and it was very hot, well it was 7:45 pm when I called and had to call back 5 times until midnight and they told me I was the net stop. Well needless to say I got A phone call at 3:15am and I received it at 7:15 in the morning.To me this was so uncalled for so I had to sleep with no oxygen all night, I was so pissed yes pissed but can't get any one on the phone sure hope this gets to top boss, and I would like A explaination,
