The staff was very courteous and pleasant. The staff was willing to work around multiple pets for a one stop visit versus multiple appointments at different times. They were understanding when I ran into difficulties catching my frisky kitty and was a tad late. They still was able to fit me in same day with just a short additional wait. Three months ago one of my dogs had a nasty run in with a porcupine and this is the only vet clinic that does after hour emergencies. Even when there were still quils coming out of my puppy, the vet removes them without additional charge. The staff has become a gold standard that I use to compare all others.

I am very pleased with the visit I had with Dr. Gina Laur. She is a very compassionate and caring veterinarian. Great staff!
Did not handle my easy going lab well. Doc did not make any attempt to befriend her. Doc refused my offer to put dog on table where she is usually more comfortable. Instead, her and tech chased her around the floor and did not allow me to help. Doc did not take proper time with my dog. The tech was great. I feel sorry for her having to work in this office. We will not be going back.
Nice people and they care about the animals. However, like all vets they are expensive.
