Was there during busy time, yet our large order was completed in about 10 to 15 min. Nice proficient staff and clean restaurant. We ordered large bucket of original and crispy, both were excellent. Mashed potatoes, baked beans and tater planks were great. Biscuits were light and tasty. Family visiting and no one felt like cooking, so a big thanks to the staff at KFC in Escanaba michigan!
Feb 8 -17 our experience here was pretty crappie to say the least. To start off we brought in 10 kids. Before ordering we asked if they had "coaches meals" which means since there is x amount of kids coaches of the high school/college sports teams get their meal free. We were told that yes they do participate in the program. After our kids ordered we walked up and began to place our order which we were demanded to pay. Which we responded that we were again the coaches of the team. Then the lady who was working the counter who we asked about the coaches meals prior to our kids ordering told us there was no such thing. Then as we asked to speak to management 'Sheena King' who started off with "worked here 10 damn years ain't no damn thing". Great people skills. Second as they were handling the food they did not have gloves on. As they went from preparing food to running the register then picking things off of the floor without any transition to washing their hands or putting on gloves. Absolutely disgusting.
Good for take out in a hurry
I got the $5 fill up, famous bowl, there was hardly any potatoes in it & the bowl wasn't full, but it tasted good. And my cookie, looked like someone ate a piece & got chocolate all over the wrapper, when they reclosed it, so I didn't eat it!
Excellent service. Cashier was industrious and was cleaning tables. Food was fast and hot. Manager has inspired youthful workers with a strong work ethic. Congratulations!
