Always a pleasure to be able to receive care at St. Francis. It is so close to home. Great staff.
I would NEVER go to OSF for anything more than a cold. The doctors are rude and incompetent. This isnt a hospital its a BUTCHER SHOP. They almost killed my mom 5 times over, left foreign insects in her after surgery and caused her to have 40 plus more surgeries to reverse the damage they'd done. Thank god MGH is only an hr away or I'd have lost my mom and my grandmaby now.
I would give zero stars if I could. I am currently being seen here for my first pregnancy and I could not be anymore disappointed in the service I've received. They have made several big screw ups so far with the labs and results that came back and they have failed on numerous occasions to get the proper documentation back to my job to support my pregnancy for FMLA. I am at the point of loosing my job because of this hospital not supplying documentation stating I am pregnant. I am really hoping to find a better place before this baby comes.
I would like to update this as the hospital has showed me they care and are going to do what they can to resolve the issues. Will update in time if issues are resolved in timely manner.
Never have I had to wait so long to be seen. There was only one other person here and we've been sitting here for 2 hours waiting. It's ridiculous! When we were sent to registry the lady was rude and not nice at all.
This is the worst hospital I have ever been to. Like come on only one doctor at night. We have work in the morning and we are having to wait on you people. Never ever coming here again.
