I absolutely love f45! I love being able to go somewhere and get a good work out and get results. Jen and Norm are awesome people.
Great trainers, fun atmosphere, can gear it to any level and a great sense of accomplishment after each session.
I had a great time while there. Getting back there is tough since they cut back their hours for summer, but I look forward to the winter hours again.

This is the perfect workout!! Quick, different every day & you can work at your level. Jenn & Norm are encouraging and knowledgeable making sure good form is maintained. And fellow gym goers are supportive--NO judgment allowed!! Can't beat the combo.
