A hot tub was in the house when we moved in and the former owner said it was under warranty as he had bought it used from Bay Area. There was a leak when we tried to fill it so we called this company. They came out and fixed the leak but wired it back incorrectly. We called an electrician to fix the error. That was in July 2015. Last month the heater quit working so we called again and told them it was still under their warranty. They came out, replaced the board (it had caught on fire) and changed the filters. Then they sent a bill for the entire amount, claiming it was NOT under warranty, despite having said it was. A day later, we tried the hot tub and surprise! The jets don't work, nor is the water hot. So they are, at best, incompetent.
Very friendly but service is slow. Expect a 3-4 month response time on repairs. Will look elsewhere in the future. We own a Hot Springs Spa.
Great people and great service. They know their products and provide the kind of service you cant find at the big box stores. The quality of their products was matched by the quality of their service and knowledge.
