They are extremely helpful and friendly...they also make sure they know you by first name when you come in

Great service, saved our camping trip. The door lock on our camper had broken, they had just the thing to get us back to relaxing. The friendly staff took the time to come out to the parking lot and make sure we got the right part.
When renting a trailer we expected the water to be filled and the propane turned on. Not the case. Good thing we had resources to fill the tank. The trailer has a shower, toilet, and sink yet you need to ask for the water tank to be filled. The staff disagrees. Huge customer service disconnect.
